Welcome to Sonic Bloom Studios. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website. By accessing our website, booking a session, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

2.1. Booking

All sessions must be booked in advance through our website, by phone at (512) 555-0123, or by email at [email protected]. Bookings are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied towards the final invoice.

2.2. Payment

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the session. We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cash, and approved business checks. All payments must be made in US dollars.

2.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment malfunction or staff illness. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of the deposit or offer an alternative session date.

3. Studio Usage

3.1. Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner while using our studio. We reserve the right to terminate any session if we deem the client's behavior to be disruptive, abusive, or harmful to our staff, equipment, or the studio environment. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to our equipment or the studio premises as a result of their negligence or misconduct.

3.2. Equipment

Our equipment is sensitive and valuable. Clients are not permitted to move, modify, or tamper with any equipment without prior authorization from our staff. Any damage to equipment will be assessed, and the client will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. A list of studio equipment and its replacement value is available upon request.

3.3. Food and Drink

Food and drinks are permitted in designated areas only. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises without prior consent. Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership

You retain ownership of all your original material recorded or produced at Sonic Bloom Studios. However, we retain ownership of any pre-existing sound effects, music loops, or other materials that we provide for your session. We also retain the right to use any recordings made at our studio for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2. Licensing

It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary licenses and permissions for any copyrighted material used in your recordings. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from your use of copyrighted material.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your projects. We will not disclose any confidential information about your music, recordings, or business affairs to any third party without your consent. Our staff is trained to maintain the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonic Bloom Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We provide our services "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are committed to providing a high-quality service, but we cannot guarantee perfect results.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sonic Bloom Studios, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Severability

Clients are expected to familiarize themselves with emergency exit routes and procedures. Any concerns regarding safety or security should be reported immediately to studio staff. We maintain a strict policy against weapons, illegal substances, and any behavior that poses a threat to the well-being of others.

17. Data Retention

We retain client data, including contact information and session details, for a period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. 18. Force Majeure

Sonic Bloom Studios shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, strikes, natural disasters, equipment failures, or governmental actions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of the force majeure event and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.
